to demonstrate our commitment to the many varied clients we serve, appa decided to undergo the vigorous assessment process of the Care Quality Commission (CQC), this meant months of re-thinking our current planning, policies and service delivery – matching the 28 essential standards found within the Health & Social Care Act 2008.

on the 31st January 2012, appa received its CQC registration number: 1-338758772 and our services are now officially regulated by the Care Quality Commission.
